Shipping Policy

We work with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS and EMS who work with local couriers - this allows us to deliver directly to you and we are proud to offer you flat rate shipping.
Our delivery takes 5-14 days; Order and provide the tracking number within 24 hours, the carrier and the government will decide when your order will be delivered.
You will be charged when your order is placed and all payments are subject to verification and approval prior to shipment and may take several days to process. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or that require additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.

We will begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes (including address changes) after you have placed your order. We only deliver to the address you specified when ordering. You will only be billed for items shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
We only ship on working days and not on Saturdays or public holidays.
We need an average of 1-2 business days to process your order. Some items may take longer, especially around holidays (up to 10 days) or when your order contains popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders will be shipped once item availability is confirmed.
When ordering multiple items, the products may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to the different locations of the manufacturing partners.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is between 7 and 21 business days depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates are not specified or guaranteed.

Duties, taxes and other fees:

If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all applicable import taxes and return shipping charges.

Lost/stolen/damaged packages:
yfsuper.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective carrier.
Note: We use the timestamp information from the carrier's tracking link and delivery confirmation when checking for damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. We will begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we will not be able to pick it up to make an address change.
